School Advisory Boards

Every Catholic elementary school faces a distinct set of challenges, especially when a school serves an economically disadvantaged community. School Advisory Board members collaborate with participating school principals to create a business model specific to student needs. By leveraging their expertise in marketing and finance, our boards work to increase school visibility and provide programs that strengthen student learning.

Over $1 million has been disbursed to participating elementary schools in the Archdiocese of New York. Our boards have endowed math and reading coaches, art and music programs, science labs and libraries and integration of technology into classrooms.

Current School Advisory Board members can use the Champions  Toolkit for resources to help their board have a profound impact on their school.
