Tim currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the Capital Improvements Committee. His leadership has helped raise almost $6 million dollars to repair NYC Catholic schools.
Tim is the Vice Chairman of CBRE’s Consulting Division. Tim has received numerous commendations for his work in real estate, including the Real Estate Board of New York’s “Deal of the Year,” and Real Estate New York’s “40 Under 40” in 2003, and a two-time selection for CoStar’s NYC Top 20 “Power Broker” list. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Tim graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Buffalo with a B.S. in Facility Management, Planning and Design.
